This is a needle/nozzle kit specifically designed for pressure feed applications. The 0.086" nozzle size is suited for medium-heavy viscosity materials in the 70-100 centipoise range. Compatible with aircap kit 289068 for conventional spray guns, 289070 for HVLP, and 289044 for compliant systems. This kit is specifically for conventional spray technology which provides the best finish quality but with medium transfer efficiency. The 0.086" nozzle size is on the larger end of the range, suitable for higher viscosity materials or faster coverage applications. This is a needle/nozzle combination kit for 0.086 inch (2.2mm) nozzle size spray guns. Compatible with Conventional, HVLP, and Compliant spray types in the General Metal series.
