This orifice is specifically noted as High Wear grade and is part of the air pressure verification kit system. Maximum air pressure limitation of 10 psi (70 kPa, 0.7 bar) applies. Not to be used for actual spraying. Install the kit air cap on the gun, turn on air to gun, trigger the gun and read air pressure on gauge. For HVLP compliance, atomizing and pattern pressure air pressures must not exceed 0.7 bar (70 kPa, 10 psi). This is a test gauge for HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) verification, specifically for high wear applications in the 1.8-2.2 mm range
