GRACO 563228 - Replacement Rupture Indicator, 1/8-27 NPT(F), 2800 PSI
Replacement rupture indicator disc designed for MH divider valve applications where lube system pressures exceed 2,500 PSI. When high pressure from lube line blockage causes the disc to rupture, lubricant forces an indicator pin to protrude, locating the blockage and causing the high pressure to back up through the system and trip a switch to shut the system off, providing critical pump protection.

Related Parts
Part of a family of rupture indicators with memory available in different pressure ratings. Replacement discs are available separately in color-coded options. This is a complete assembly with 1/8-27 NPTF female threading. When fault is corrected, the disc must be replaced and the pin reset manually. High pressure from the lube line blockage causes a disc to rupture. The lubricant then forces an indicator pin to extend, showing the blockage. The high pressure backs up through the system and trips a switch that turns the system off. When the fault is corrected, the disc must be replaced and the pin reset manually.
