GRACO 563962 - Blowout Disc Kit - (6) Yellow, 1450 PSI, 11/16", 1/8 NPTF or 3/8 in Diameter

Blowout disc package designed for rupture-to-atmosphere indicators that provide pump protection and visual indication of excessive system pressure. When pressure exceeds the predetermined setting, the disc ruptures to vent lubricant to atmosphere and relieve high pressure, protecting the lubrication system from damage.

• Used in conjunction with system pressure switch–can warn of a fault while allowing lube system to continue to deliver to critical bearings.

• Requires replacement of the rupture disc to restart the lube system.

• Easy information on blocked lines, high system pressure or blocked bearings.

• Replacement Rupture Packs of 6 (11/16 inch / 17.5 mm diameter discs)

• 6 x Yellow rupture discs rated for 1,450 PSI

Part of rupture-to-atmosphere indicator system. Discs up to 2,350 PSI have a tolerance of ±500 PSI, while discs greater than 2,350 PSI have a tolerance of ±20%. This is a replacement disc package - complete assemblies and individual replacement discs are also available. Standard on all GRACO pumps. When pressure reaches predetermined setting, pressure disc ruptures, venting lubricant into atmosphere and relieving pressure. All pressures have tolerance of +500 PSI (3.4 MPa, 34.5 bar) All rupture discs have 11/16 in. diameter. This appears to be a 6-pack quantity based on the pattern with other similar part numbers in the table.
