GRACO 223824 - Corrosion Resistant Fluid Back Pressure Regulator, low shear mechanical (20 gpm, 300 PSI max fluid pressure, 2" sanitary), Stainless Steel
High-pressure back pressure regulator designed for demanding fluid control applications, featuring stainless steel and acetal construction with PTFE sealing for chemical compatibility. Manual operation provides precise pressure regulation from 0.3-12 PSI (5-180) with maximum delivery capacity of 75 GPM at 300 PSI maximum fluid pressure.
Features:
Control upstream fluid pressure with Graco back pressure regulators. Our back pressure regulators use closed loop control to maintain the pressure of the system regardless of flow demand. This allows operators to trigger guns, valves, and other flow controls without changing the system pressure.
- Stainless steel membrane diaphragm is highly wear resistant while maintaining accurate responsiveness
- Low Shear diaphragm valve has minimal restriction to reduce material degradation and color matching issues, especially with metallic paint
- Stainless steel wetted materials are compatible with catalyst and waterborne materials
- Large fluid passages to accommodate high volume flow rates
