GRACO 563184 - Rupture-to-Atmosphere Indicators for MX Divider Valves - 2350 PSI, 1/4 inch-18" NPT(f) - Grease

Rupture-to-atmosphere indicator that provides pump protection and gives visual indication of excessive system pressure. The pressure disc ruptures at a predetermined pressure setting, venting lubricant to the atmosphere and relieving the high pressure. Used on MH divider valve applications where lube system pressures exceed 2,500 psi.

Part of a complete family of rupture-to-atmosphere indicators available in various pressure ratings, with and without spud assemblies Disc tolerance note: Discs up to 2,350 psi have a tolerance of ±500 psi. Discs greater than 2,350 psi have a tolerance of ±20%. Part 563184 appears to be a complete assembly rather than individual replacement disc. Standard on all GRACO pumps. When pressure reaches predetermined setting, pressure disc ruptures, venting lubricant into atmosphere and relieving pressure. All pressures have a tolerance of + 500 psi (3.4 MPa, 34.5 bar)
