GRACO 563222 - Trabon Replacement Rupture Indicator, 1/8"-27 Npsf w/ O-Ring, 4600 PSI
Trabon replacement rupture disc for rupture indicators used on MH divider valve applications where lube system pressures exceed 2,500 psi. When high pressure from lube line blockage causes a disc to rupture, the lubricant forces an indicator pin to protrude, locating the blockage and backing up through the system to trip a switch that shuts the system off. Provides critical system protection and fault indication.

Related Parts
Part of the rupture indicator family with memory and O-ring seal. Red replacement disc (557424) is available for this 317 bar model. This is a replacement disc component. The disc must be replaced and pin reset manually after a fault is corrected. Part of the Trabon Performance Indicators product line. Rupture Indicators are only used on MH divider valve applications where lube system pressures exceed 2500 psi (17 MPa, 172 bar). High pressure from the lube line blockage causes a disc to rupture. The lubricant then forces an indicator pin to extend, showing the blockage. The high pressure backs up through the system and trips a switch that turns the system off. When the fault is corrected, the disc must be replaced and the pin reset manually.
