PFERD offers a wide range of coated and non-woven abrasive tools for face-down grinding, belt grinding, peripheral grinding, surface conditioning, polishing, and much more.
POLINOX mounted flap wheels consist of non-woven polyamide abrasive, into which abrasive grain is integrated. The wide range of hardness grades and different configurations allow a variety of surface structures and roughness levels to be achieved.
Made of several wavily arranged strips of non-woven abrasive material, wound around a core. The wavy structure of the non-woven abrasive material permits seamless matte finishing of surfaces.
