Compatible Equipment
- Wiper replacement procedures
- Ram Assembly Service equipment with wipers
For tightening strapping when replacing wipers. Special tool required for tightening strapping during wiper replacement procedure. Referenced as 'banding tool (BT)' in Detail C of Fig. 27. Used in conjunction with wiper strapping (413a) and clamp (413b). Special banding tool (BT) needed to tighten the strapping when replacing wipers. Used to grip the strapping (413a) with the bonding tool, turn the tool handle (TH) clockwise to apply tension, and tighten strapping through clamp (413b).
