Part 222015 is used as Pump 1 in 2.40:1 and 3.2:1 mix ratios, and as Pump 2 (center pump) in 1.66:1 and 2.50:1 mix ratios. The two outer displacement pumps supply Resin while the middle displacement pump supplies Isocyanate parts of polyurethane chemical. Part 239388 can be used wherever 222012 is listed and obtain the same ratio. Used as Part B in 2-1/2:1 mix ratio displacement pump combination with Part A (222012) and Part A (222012). This configuration provides 24:1 pressure ratio. This is a displacement pump used in VHRC (Variable High Rate Circulation) systems. The pump specifications include effective area, maximum stroke length, and secondary connecting rod part number. Related to primary and secondary pump configuration with adjustable stroke ratios.
