Reference number 32 in the diagram. Part 235209 is listed as 'UNION, swivel; 3/8 npsm' which appears to be a related union fitting. This is a stainless steel swivel union fitting. Part 155665 appears to be a similar union but for CST packages instead of SST packages. This is a swivel component used in pump outlet fluid filter accessory installations. Used with fluid filters 114361 and 223160, and nipples 166863.
