Use Needle Kit 235475. Use all the new parts for the best results. Parts included in the kit are shown with one asterisk, (2a*). Keep parts very clean. Dried paint or other contaminants cause friction which causes parts to wear faster. Kit includes items 1 to 16. Some items have special torque requirements: items marked with triangle 1 should be lubricated then torqued to 20-25 ft-lb (27-34 N·m), items marked with triangle 2 should be lubricated, items marked with triangle 3 should be torqued to 30-40 in-lb (3.4-4.5 N·m), and items marked with triangle 4 should be purchased separately. Kit also includes installation tool and may be purchased as Repair Kit 235-475. Listed as Ref. 2 in the parts list. There is also part 235474 which is NEEDLE KIT for all models except 235462, making these complementary needle kit options.
