This is a displacement pump for supply and circulation of finishing materials. The maximum safe working pressure is determined by the motor to which this displacement pump is connected. Part 237199 is grouped with model 218746 and requires thread lubricant application with torque specification of 20-24 ft-lb (27-33 N·m). Other related models (237140 and 237141) have different torque specifications of 200-225 in-lb (22-25 N·m). Part 237199 appears as one of four pump models shown in the reassembly diagram (Fig. 3). The diagram shows the same basic assembly structure with components including v-packings (parts 41, 42), gasket (43), outlet housing (6), and other assembly parts (2, 28, 40). All four models appear to share similar component arrangements but may differ in specifications not detailed on this service page.
