Used to evacuate and transfer fluids. Patents Pending. ATEX T-code rating is dependent on the temperature of the fluid being pumped. Fluid temperature is limited by the materials of the pump interior wetted parts. Air Section Repair Kit 25U241 is available for servicing. Parts included in repair kit are marked with asterisk (*) in Fig. 7 on page 17. General purpose grease 111920 is supplied in the kit. This is the air section component that requires specific assembly procedures including proper orientation of diaphragm components and application of Loctite to screw threads. This is a complete pump assembly. The page shows parts lists for both 241407 and 241408 models. Some parts differ between models (noted with asterisks). Air Valve Repair Kit 241657 and Fluid Section Repair Kit D05977 are available for service.
