This is a carbide repair kit for back pressure regulator, offering superior wear resistance compared to the standard stainless steel seat repair kit (15J820) This repair kit is specifically designed for maintaining GRACO BPR units. The carbide seat option provides superior wear resistance compared to stainless steel seats. Reference instruction manual 311595 for installation. This is a diaphragm repair kit for back pressure regulator. Kit includes torque specifications: Torque to 15-20 ft-lb (21-27 Nm) for some components, and 120-130 in-lb (13.6-14.7 Nm) oppositely and in sequence, three times for others. Thread lubricant should be applied.
