Part of the Monark pneumatic pump accessory line for servicing 2-ball piston pumps used with solventborne and waterborne fluids, coatings, resins, stains, lacquers and varnishes Special assembly tool used to install the piston assembly into the cylinder. Made from 0.016" (0.41 mm) shim stock and helps protect the edges of the packings from damage during reassembly. Place the tool around the piston packings as shown in Fig. 6. Start the bottom packings (13a) into the cylinder and then remove the tool. Tool is used to install the piston assembly into the cylinder.
