This is an air cap component used in repair kits for General Industry Compliant and some HVLP spray gun models. Compatible with models that have .030, .042, .055, and .070 orifice sizes. Note indicates that adhesive air cap can be purchased without alignment pin (6a) and is marked as manufacturing part 289051. Air brush air caps do not include 6a component. This air cap is specifically designed for General Industry Compliant spray applications and has an orifice size of .055 inches. It's used in models 25F216 and 25F217. This is a Compliant Air Cap compatible with 0.055 inch orifice size for medium viscosity fluids. Works with SST Nozzle, PEEK Tip construction at 5-20 PSI fluid pressure.
