The gland/packing stacks are preassembled. Do not disassemble the stacks or interchange parts between them. The stacks include 0 to 3 shims, as required, to obtain the required stack height. Lubricate all v-packings. Lips of throat v-packings must face down. Lips of piston v-packings must face up.
