This is a complete pneumatic back pressure regulator unit (not a kit). The manual shows it shares most components with model 234257, with specific differences: uses part 15A219 RING (for non-NPT model 233810), and does not use parts 26 (15C332 FITTING) and 27 (15C333 WASHER) which are only for NPT model 234257. The lower housing is specifically designed for model 233810.
