Required for permanent installations. Labeled as 'R' in the installation diagram Fig. 1. Install the thermal relief kit on the dispensing valve side of the pump to assist in relieving pressure in the pump, hose and dispensing valve due to heat expansion. Available from GRACO. This is a thermal relief kit. The thermal relief kits are recommended based on GRACO pump and component performance. You may need to change the thermal relief kit selection from application to application, depending on pump air operating pressure and fluid working pressures of system components.
