This is a mounting kit for XDX model reels designed for ceiling mount without I-beam in open channel configuration. Kit appears to include components 101-105 (plate, screws, washers, base, channel) as shown in the mounting kits table. This is a mounting kit for wall installations. For mounting with Kits 24A219-24A222, mount the channel (105) to the wall, then mount the hose reel to the channel (105). This is a kit that includes a 3 reel base mounting channel. The base has 12 weld nuts with 3/8-16 UNC-2B threading for mounting reels.
