Kit Contents (What’s Included)

This kit is supplied as a complete hose reel accessory for Hydra-Clean systems and includes:

• Hose reel frame module (1) – fully assembled hose reel and frame
• High-pressure jumper hose, 13.5 in (1) – connects the Hydra-Clean sprayer outlet to the hose reel inlet
• Spacer brackets for hydraulic models (2) – shorter brackets used on hydraulic wall-mount units
• Spacer brackets for pneumatic models (2) – longer brackets used on pneumatic wall-mount units
• Hex head cap screws, 3/8-16 x 1" (8) – primary mounting bolts for attaching the reel and brackets
• Hex head cap screw, 3/8-16 x 1.25" (1) – longer bolt used at the hydraulic regulator location on some wall-mount models
• Hex nuts, 3/8-16 (8) – for securing the mounting bolts
• Lock washers, 3/8" (8) – for locking the hardware and preventing loosening under vibration
• Elbow, 3/8 NPT (1) – used on certain 12:1 Hydra-Clean models at the pump outlet per GRACO assembly instructions
• Stainless steel quick-release fitting, 3/8-18 NPT (1) – female quick-connect style fitting used to connect the jumper hose to the Hydra-Clean sprayer outlet

Installation & Assembly Notes (Summary)

• Use all supplied hardware and brackets appropriate to your model (hydraulic vs pneumatic, cart vs wall mount).
• For cart-mount units, the reel frame arms bolt directly to the cart frame using the supplied 3/8" hardware.
• For wall-mount units, use the shorter spacer brackets for hydraulic models and the longer brackets for pneumatic models. Brackets bolt to both the reel arms and the wall-mount stand.
• On specified hydraulic wall-mount units, substitute the single longer 3/8-16 x 1.25" bolt where the regulator mounts.
• Install the supplied elbow on the pump outlet where required (certain 12:1 Hydra-Clean models) and connect the high-pressure jumper hose between the sprayer outlet and reel inlet.
• Apply appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape on threaded pressure connections as directed in the GRACO manual.
• After assembly, connect your discharge hose and gun to the reel outlet quick-connect, then wind the hose evenly onto the reel.

• Do not exceed the rated maximum working pressure of 5,000 psi (344 bar).
