GRACO 25C454 - 7.5" OD Flange Mount Agitator Motor 3" 150# ANSI Flange Mounting Holes, UL
Low shear, electric, direct drive agitator mixes and maintains suspension of industrial coatings stored in fluid tanks.
For advanced control and energy savings, switch to electric agitators.
- Electric agitators are up to 5 times more efficient than pneumatic agitators.
- Speed remains constant, regardless of material level in tank.
- Low shear mixing ensures uniform particle dispersion without material degradation.

This is a 60 Hz direct drive agitator motor with flange mount design. Related to other direct drive agitator motors and pressure tank agitator assemblies in the same product family. UL Listed Explosion Proof Inverter Duty Motor. Does not come with shaft or impeller - these must be ordered separately. Requires power from a variable frequency drive (VFD) to control speed and is not to be used without one. See manual 3A4793 for VFD controls part numbers. Referenced as agitator flange (part numbers 25C454 and 25C453) for installing to mounting surface. Holes required in mounting surface include shaft hole: 1" - 2" (2.54 cm - 5.08 cm). See FIG. 2 for installation hole locations.
