Spring-operated mechanical back pressure regulator with sanitary tri-clamp connections. Works with IPK control to reduce energy consumption and paint shear. Manual 3A7527 provides installation and operation instructions. This is a mechanical (spring) type back pressure regulator with lower flow capacity. Temperature range is 0°C to 50°C. Type of Protection 'h' applied is constructional safety 'c'. This is the lower flow version of a mechanical spring-operated back pressure regulator. Part 25R647 is the higher flow version. The diagram shows this as part of a conversion kit system - to convert to air operation, parts need to be removed and replaced with air version kit parts (reference page 13).
