Warning: The fluid supply system's main line pressures often exceed the pressure range of the gauge supplied with regulators 214706, 26C160, and 24A082. Exposing this gauge to excessive pressure can damage the gauge, causing inaccurate readings and the needle will not return to zero. This damage is not covered by the GRACO warranty. Part 26C160 appears to be one of the models shown in the exploded diagram on the right side of the page. The diagram shows assembly with numbered parts and torque specifications (21-25 ft-lb, 21-35 ft-lb, 23-27 ft-lb for various components). Tightening sequence notes indicate parts should be tightened evenly to 7-10 ft-lb initially, then retorqued to 125 in-lb three times consecutively to compensate for diaphragm relaxation. Includes items 1-40. Key difference from 24A082 is that 26C160 has ISO pitch threads and stainless steel housing without PTFE coating, while 24A082 has PTFE coated fluid housing.
