POLIFAN® flap disc designed for stainless steel (INOX) with ultra-cool grinding. Due to the ceramic oxide CO with cooling topsizing (FREEZE), there is not heat discoloration - no reworking is required.
Materials that can be worked:
- Stainless steel (INOX)
- Cobalt-based alloys
- Other non-ferrous metals
- High-temperature-resistant materials
- Nickel-based alloys (e. g. Inconell and Hasteloy)
- Nickel- or titanium-based superalloys
Applications:
- Surface grinding

- Weld dressing
- Fine grinding in multiple steps
