QuikDrive CBSDQ106S Sheathing-to-CFS Screw #8 x 1-1/16" #2 Square Undersized (2500-Qty)
The Simpson Strong-Tie® CBSDQ Sheathing-to-CFS screw securely fastens various sheathing materials to cold-formed-steel (CFS). Its self-drilling point drives into materials easily, and the flat head with nibs countersinks flush to surfaces. Collated for use with the Quik Drive® auto-feed screw driving system, the CBSDQ is the ideal solution to improve speed, efficiency and ergonomics of jobs requiring multiple fasteners driven in succession.
Features
- Ribbed flat head with nibs for easy countersinking and smooth finish
- #2 undersized square drive
- #2 drill point with wings prevents jacking
- CBSDQ screws may be used as prescribed by the codes for shearwalls and diaphragms as described in AISI S240, S400 and S213
- Driver bit included in each box; replacement bit: BIT2SU)
- Length: 1-1/16 in.
- Quik Guard® coating for use in pressure-treated lumber and provides a level of corrosion resistance that is equivalent to hot-dip galvanization (ASTM A153, Class D) in some exposures
