Simpson Strong-Tie CNW5/8-5/8-OST - 5/8" Coupler Nut w/ One Side Oversized for SSTB-HDG

The Simpson Strong-Tie CNW coupler nut is designed to connect threaded rods to one another and to anchor bolts. These nuts are designed to exceed the specified minimum tensile capacity of the corresponding bolts and threaded rod. All CNW coupler nuts feature a positive stop to help ensure even threading into each end of the nut and a Witness hole as a means to verify when rods are properly installed.

Features
- Tighten the two rods until each all-thread rod is visible in the Witness hole
- Oversized threads on one end for installation on hot-dip galvanized bolts
- OST couplers are oversized on one end of the coupler nut only and will be marked with an “O” on oversized side
- Rod diameter: 5/8 in. to 5/8 in. with oversized thread
- Height (min.): 1-1/2 in.
