Simpson Strong-Tie DSHS-R100 - Drift Stopper Clip 100ct
The Simpson Strong-Tie DSHS drift stopper is an optional clip designed to prevent horizontal movement in the Simpson Strong-Tie DSSCB drift strut connector when anchoring cold-formed steel bypass framing to the edge of a floor slab. The DSHS is ideal for panelized construction because it allows the DSSCB to slide into place with no predetermination of the exact clip location. To fix horizontally after the clip is slid into place, the DSHS connects to the DSSCB by a slotted attachment and is fastened to the strut channel with (1) #10-16 screw.
