Simpson Strong-Tie ECCO6 - 6X Beam L= 7.5 End Cap Only
Simpson Strong-Tie column caps come in a variety of sizes to accommodate any project, generally eliminating the need for additional brackets or braces. The ECCO is designed to provide strong column-beam connections in end-of-beam applications on top of steel members. The column cap features a design without legs enabling a field-welded attachment to steel columns and beams. The seat of the column cap provides additional surface area for bearing that extends beyond the one side of the column. This helps to distribute the load from the beam and provide support for the connection.
