As the first hanger type created by Simpson Strong-Tie, F-series hangers have proven their dependability over the decades. All F models are designed specifically for the panelized industry that uses jigs or similar devices for precision fabrication. Because of their expedited installation, the F-series are the most cost-effective top-flange hangers.

- Compression dimples, instead of joist nails, lock the joist in place, making installation faster
- Designed to allow panels to drop easily into place
- All F and HFN hangers are for panelized roof construction only
- Seat width: 3-9/16 in.
