Simpson Strong-Tie HTTH6.5 - 20-1/4" 10-Gauge Galvanized Heavy Tension Tie
The Simpson Strong-Tie HTTH heavy tension tie is an ideal solution for residential construction as well as light-framed wood commercial buildings. Tested per AC 155, the HTTH is the first nailed-on holdown to achieve up to 7,650 lb. allowable load, making it an economical solution when heavier loads are required. This heavy, single-piece formed tension tie is fastened with nails (in standard sizes for pneumatic nailers) or Strong-Drive SD Connector screws.
