Simpson Strong-Tie RECC4-RP25 - Rod End Centering Cap for 1/2" Threaded Rod 25ct
The RECC™ rod end centering cap centers the end of the rod in the back of the hole to maintain proper anchor alignment when used in conjunction with a GARC™ glued-in-rod adhesive retaining cap. The patent-pending design allows adhesive to flow around the cap as the rod is pushed to the back of the hole. The centering cap is color-coded for each rod diameter. The RECC is required for Simpson Strong-Tie® Timber-SET™ installations performed in compliance with the code report.
