Simpson Strong-Tie VB7 - 7 ft. Knee Brace w/ Fasteners

The VB is designed to provide lateral resistance force at the bottom of beams when installed approximately 45° or more to the vertical plane. This v-shaped knee brace works with a variety of projects including installation with retrofit applications. The knee brace is designed to accommodate beam widths of 3-1/8 in. to 10-3/4 in.

- Engineered with increased loads in high-wind or seismic events
- Can be field-bent to accommodate angle to the vertical plane
- Made from 12-gauge steel
- Galvanized (G90) for extra corrosion resistance
- 16-N54A fasteners are included with the brace
