The Xtirpa™ IN-2314 is a stainless-steel wall-mounted anchorage plate specifically designed to support self-retracting lifelines (SRLs) or winches in confined space and fall protection applications. Compact, durable, and compliant, it provides a stable connection point for mechanical devices when floor-mounted or overhead systems are not suitable.
Purpose-Built for Wall Applications Unlike davit bases or mast supports, the IN-2314 is not intended for the installation of davits. Its function is to provide a dedicated mounting point for SRLs and winches, allowing a safe, fixed connection directly to a structural wall. The adapter can then be used to redirect cables or ropes through a pulley system, enabling safe retrieval or lifting operations from confined spaces.
Durability and Construction Built from high-grade stainless steel (SS304), the IN-2314 offers outstanding corrosion resistance and long-term performance, even in harsh industrial or outdoor environments. All welds conform to CSA W59.18 / CSA W47.1 / AWS D1.6, ensuring exceptional structural integrity and reliability.
Installation Requirements The IN-2314 is designed for installation on reinforced concrete (minimum 2000 psi / 13.8 MPa) with a minimum wall thickness of 203 mm (8 in). Anchoring must be achieved using chemical-set stainless-steel bolts (5/8 in × 5-5/8 in), with corresponding nuts and washers. Installation should always be carried out or approved by a qualified engineer to ensure compliance with local regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
A Simple, Reliable Solution The IN-2314 Mural Wall Angular Adapter allows workers to safely fix SRLs and winches to the wall, maintaining full system integrity and safe load transfer. Whether used in utilities, industrial maintenance, or water treatment facilities, it provides a secure, permanent anchorage option that enhances operational flexibility and safety.
