GRACO 24K902 - Santoprene Bolt-Through Diaphragm Kit for Husky 3300 Pumps
The GRACO 24K902 is a Santoprene bolt-through diaphragm kit for Husky 3300 air-operated diaphragm pumps (Ref. 20). It contains two diaphragms — enough to rebuild both fluid chambers — plus the shaft-bolt O-rings (used on metal pumps only) and anaerobic adhesive.

Installation Notes
- Rounded side faces the diaphragm.
- Apply lithium-based grease to the shaft.
- Torque the diaphragm bolt to 110-120 ft-lb (149-163 N•m) at 100 rpm maximum.
- AIR SIDE markings on the diaphragm must face the center housing.
- Apply primer and the supplied medium-strength adhesive to the shaft-side threads.
- For maximum diaphragm life, reduce the pump cycle rate.
