GRACO 24K905 - Husky 3300 PTFE/Santoprene 2-Piece Bolt-Through Diaphragm Kit

GRACO 24K905 is a two-piece, bolt-through diaphragm repair kit for Husky 3300 air-operated diaphragm pumps. It pairs a PTFE fluid-side diaphragm with a Santoprene backup diaphragm for chemically aggressive service, and includes the shaft-bolt O-rings, install tool, and anaerobic adhesive needed to complete both diaphragm sides.

Installation Notes

• Position each diaphragm with the rounded side toward the diaphragm and the AIR SIDE marking facing the center housing.
• Apply lithium-based grease where indicated.
• Apply the supplied primer and medium-strength anaerobic adhesive to the shaft-side threads.
• Torque the diaphragm shaft bolt to 110-120 ft-lb (149-163 N·m) at a maximum of 100 rpm.
• The shaft-bolt O-rings (ref 17) are used only on metal pumps (3300A aluminum, 3300S stainless); plastic pumps do not use them.

Diaphragm plates, washer, and diaphragm shaft bolts are sold in separate kits. The pump shaft is part of Center Section Rebuild Kit 24K850.
