GRACO 24K905 - PTFE/Santoprene Two-Piece Diaphragm Kit for Husky 3300 Pumps

The GRACO 24K905 is a two-piece, bolt-through diaphragm kit for Husky 3300 air-operated diaphragm pumps, pairing a PTFE fluid-side diaphragm (Ref. 20) with a Santoprene backup diaphragm (Ref. 305). It contains two of each — enough to rebuild both fluid chambers — and fits aluminum (3300A), stainless steel (3300S), and polypropylene (3300P) pumps; the included shaft-bolt O-rings are used on metal pumps only.

Installation Notes

• Backup diaphragm: rounded side faces the main PTFE diaphragm.
• Apply lithium-based grease to the shaft.
• Torque the diaphragm bolt to 110-120 ft-lb (149-163 N•m) at 100 rpm maximum.
• AIR SIDE markings on the diaphragm must face the center housing.
• Apply primer and the supplied medium-strength adhesive to the shaft-side threads.
• For maximum diaphragm life, reduce the pump cycle rate.
